The Atlantic Medical Imaging (AMI) Foundation will hold its 10th Annual Food Drive to benefit the Food Bank of Southern New Jersey and the Food Bank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties. From now thru Monday, November 19th, anyone may bring unexpired canned and other non-perishable food items to any AMI office in Atlantic, Cape May, Monmouth or Ocean Counties. A collection bin will be placed at all office locations. For a list of office locations, please visit www.atlanticmedicalimaging.com.
“This is another way for us to give something back to the communities we serve,” said Dr. Peggy Avagliano, President of the AMI Foundation. “The outreach programs, services and partnerships undertaken by the Foundation are designed to enhance the quality of life and improve the health status of community residents, and our annual Food Drive is consistent with that mission and vision.”
To date, the AMI Foundation has donated more than 3500 pounds of food to help re-stock the Food Banks in the communities that AMI serves. The Southern New Jersey Food Bank serves Atlantic, Cape May and Cumberland counties.
